Discover Lanzarote (Grantour) without camels
Discover the charms of Lanzarote while delighting in the most incredible views of a unique volcanic landscape.
Description
We will begin this unforgettable day by heading to the south of Lanzarote, enjoying a panoramic view of the lava coast (Las Salinas de Janubio and Los Hervideros) with a stop at El Golfo.
We will continue our visit toward the village of Uga, to enter the Fire Mountains, where the heat from the earth’s interior still rises to the surface.
There will be an opportunity to ride a dromedary (optional, not included in the price, depending on the chosen option). We will continue among volcanoes and craters to visit the Timanfaya National Park, where we will enjoy geothermal demonstrations and take the “Route of the Volcanoes.”
Lunch will be in the village of Yaiza, awarded for its beauty and harmony with the surroundings. We will cross La Geria, an example of how Lanzarote’s farmers have adapted to the environment and the island’s main wine-producing region.
We will stop at one of its wineries for an included tasting. From there we will head north, passing through the island’s former capital, Teguise, Los Valles, and Haría with its view of the Valley of a Thousand Palms. We will arrive at the Jameos del Agua, where you can choose to visit either Cueva de los Verdes or the Jameos del Agua (only one).
