Full day at Lagoinha Beach

Description

This wonderful beach is located 110 km from Fortaleza, in the municipality of Paraipaba, on the western coast. It is considered one of the emblematic places of the Ceará coastline and has appeared on the cover of several travel and tourism magazines. Formerly a French pirate port, Lagoinha features a privileged, simple, and bucolic natural setting, with dune formations and coconut trees by the sea. It is a long beach with a crescent shape bordered by dunes, offering an almost complete view of its entire extension. It is impossible not to fall in love with this peaceful and serene paradise.

The beach has accommodation infrastructure and excellent beach bars offering wonderful typical dishes of Ceará cuisine. Optionally, we can take the “trio” tour, one of its main attractions, which includes three modes of transport: the pau-de-arara (a traditional vehicle from the Ceará hinterland), the catamaran (a type of boat), and finally the buggy. During the tour, we will visit part of the village and the Almécegas Lagoon, the dune area, and a good stretch of the beach.
