There is no better way to discover the south of the island than with our 4x4 vehicles, as they allow us to alternate between narrow asphalt roads and dirt tracks. Cofete is not just any beach. It is more than 12 kilometres of golden sand embraced by the mountains of Jandía and completely open to the Atlantic Ocean. Getting here is a true adventure: the route follows a dirt road crossing rocky, desert-like landscapes, almost lunar in appearance, with a stop at a viewpoint offering spectacular views. And once at the beach… no hotels, no sunbeds, no rush. Just pure nature, wind, and sea. Walking along Cofete makes you feel small in front of such a vast and wild landscape. It is not a beach for swimming; it is a place to take a deep breath, be amazed, and understand why some corners of our geography deserve to remain exactly as they are. Without a doubt, a must-see excursion in southern Fuerteventura. Our 4x4 vehicles will take us through the Natural Park of the Jandía Peninsula and to the wonderful Cofete Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. The landscape of this area of the Canary Islands is unique and difficult to describe — it must be seen and experienced to be believed. We will stop at a beautiful, quiet, and unspoilt beach, where we will enjoy fun activities and games for all ages. Afterwards, we will stop in the charming village of Puertito, where you will have free time to enjoy a drink on a seaside terrace or stroll around this picturesque village and its beach.
