Jozani Forest

Description

This excursion will take us to the Jozani Forest, located in the Jozani-Chwaka National Park.

It is the largest protected area, about 25 square kilometers, and home to the famous red colobus, a primate endemic to the island. You will also be able to see a wide variety of reptiles such as the striped lizard, as well as turtles and tropical species of trees, birds, and butterflies. A pleasant walk through nature while enjoying the explanations of our guide. The area includes three zones: the forest, the area where the red colobus is found, and the mangroves.
