Breakfast at the hotel. We begin this experience at Plazoleta Jairo Varela, home to the Monumento al Grupo Niche, a tribute to the band that immortalised the essence of Cali in each of its songs. We continue with a walk along the Bulevar del Río, a vibrant space that reflects urban life and frames architectural gems such as La Ermita and the Ortiz Bridge, symbols of the historic heart of the city. We continue to La Merced Church, where Cali was founded in 1536, and then enter the San Antonio neighbourhood, renowned for its colonial architecture, cobbled streets and viewpoint, which offers a beautiful view of the city. Further on, we visit the Gato del Río and the Parque de las Novias del Gato, an artistic space that celebrates the creativity and cheerful spirit of the people of Cali, before arriving at La Palabra Cali, another of the city's landmarks. We will stop at a craft shop, where we can buy souvenirs and enjoy a typical regional snack. We will finish with an hour-long lesson in Cali salsa, where we will learn the basic steps and characteristics that make this rhythm an icon of Cali's identity. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. We continue with an experiential and interactive experience in the midst of nature surrounded by the majesty of the Coffee Cultural Landscape. A plan designed to enjoy the authentic traditions of the land of coffee where all the senses are activated: the spectacular landscape, the unforgettable aroma of the damp earth, the deep flavour of freshly roasted coffee and the energy that emanates from the elements of nature. We will visit an authentic coffee farm where we will learn about the artisanal coffee-making process, guided by expert farmers. We will experience the coffee culture through stories, smiles and hard-working hands that have kept this tradition alive for generations. An experience that connects with the roots, soul and essence of Colombia. Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Cocora Valley located in the department of Quindío. During the journey, we can appreciate the beautiful landscape of the area. Welcome cocktail (canelazo) upon arrival at the Cocora Valley to begin the walk through the cloud forest and appreciate the biodiversity of fauna and flora. On the way back, we will take the ecological trail of the world's tallest wax palm tree and national emblem tree, where we will perform the Quindío wax palm ritual, which consists of learning about the history of how the indigenous people worshipped this palm tree and planting palm seedlings for eternity. Time for a typical lunch (not included). We will end the tour with a visit to the town of Salento with a short walk to see the Plaza de Bolívar, the colourful and typical balconies, the royal street, the craft workshops and the Cócora viewpoint. Departure from the hotel to begin the panoramic tour of the city's main neighbourhoods, such as Bocagrande, Castillogrande and Manga, until we reach and enter the Castle of San Felipe, where we will visit one of the most important military engineering constructions of the colonial era. We will end the tour with a short walk through the walled area where we can admire its beautiful squares, narrow streets and houses with balconies decorated with flowers. Accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, transfer from the hotel to the pier to board a speedboat bound for Parque Corales del Rosario. Time to enjoy the beach and a typical lunch included (starter, main course, dessert and non-alcoholic drink). At the agreed time, return by boat to Cartagena de Indias and return to the hotel.
